Welcome to The Weedium®.

By accessing or using The Weedium® website, mobile app, booking services, member areas, products, events, digital content, or other services offered by Shannon Roc and The Weedium® (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Your continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

1. ABOUT THE WEEDIUM®

The Weedium® provides psychic mediumship, intuitive readings, tarot readings, paranormal investigations, spiritual services, ritual and spellwork, events, séances, educational and entertainment content, digital content, memberships, merchandise, ritual products, and related experiences.

Services may be provided in person, online, through the mobile app, by telephone or video, at events, or at third-party locations.

2. PSYCHIC MEDIUMSHIP & SPIRITUAL DISCLAIMER

Readings and spiritual services offered by The Weedium® are intended to provide personal insight, spiritual exploration, comfort, reflection, and entertainment.

By requesting or participating in a psychic, mediumship, tarot, paranormal, ritual, or other spiritual service, you acknowledge that spiritual and intuitive information is subjective in nature and that specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. The Weedium® does not guarantee that a particular spirit will communicate, that specific information will be received, that paranormal activity will occur, or that a particular personal or spiritual outcome will result from a reading, ritual, investigation, or other service. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use information received through the Services.

3. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Shannon Roc and The Weedium® are not acting as physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, attorneys, accountants, financial advisers, or other licensed professionals when providing psychic, spiritual, paranormal, tarot, ritual, or entertainment services. Information provided through the Services is not intended to replace professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding matters requiring professional advice. Nothing communicated through a reading, ritual, video, podcast, event, investigation, social media post, or other content should be used as a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, representation, or advice.

4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that all decisions you make following a reading or other Service remain entirely your responsibility. The Weedium® is not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, or consequences arising from your interpretation or use of psychic, spiritual, paranormal, ritual, educational, or entertainment information. You should never make significant medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions solely based upon a psychic or spiritual reading.

5. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years of age to independently purchase or book services through The Weedium® unless otherwise specifically authorized.

Certain content, events, or services may be limited to adults. If a minor participates in a permitted service, consent from a parent or legal guardian may be required.

6. BOOKINGS

Appointments are subject to availability. A booking is not guaranteed until all required scheduling information and payment have been completed. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information. Late arrival may reduce the duration of your session. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the appointment and payment. Any additional booking policies displayed at the time of purchase or scheduling are incorporated into these Terms.

7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Because appointment times and custom services are reserved specifically for each client, cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the policy displayed when the service is booked. Unless otherwise specifically stated, completed readings, consultations, paranormal services, ritual work, custom spiritual services, downloadable products, and digital content are non-refundable. A client’s disagreement with, dissatisfaction with, or interpretation of information communicated during a psychic, tarot, mediumship, paranormal, or spiritual service does not constitute grounds for a refund. If The Weedium® must cancel a prepaid appointment and an appropriate replacement date cannot be arranged, payment for the cancelled service will be refunded.

8. RITUALS & SPELLWORK

Rituals, spellwork, intention work, spiritual practices, candles, oils, sprays, herbs, and related products are offered for personal and spiritual purposes.

No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Results and personal experiences may vary. The Weedium® does not guarantee outcomes relating to relationships, reconciliation, money, employment, legal matters, health, manifestation, protection, spiritual communication, or any other specific result.

Customers are responsible for safely following instructions provided with physical ritual products.Never leave candles or open flames unattended.

9. PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS

Paranormal investigations are exploratory experiences. The Weedium® does not guarantee that paranormal activity will occur, that evidence will be obtained, or that any particular paranormal explanation will be proven. Property owners or clients requesting an investigation are responsible for obtaining lawful permission to access the location. Clients must disclose known physical hazards, restricted areas, animals, unsafe conditions, or other relevant property concerns before the investigation.

10. EVENTS, SÉANCES & GROUP EXPERIENCES

Live events, séances, group readings, paranormal experiences, workshops, and related events may involve discussions of death, grief, spirituality, paranormal experiences, personal relationships, family matters, and emotionally sensitive subjects. Participation is voluntary. The Weedium® reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, harassing, unsafe, abusive, or interferes with another participant’s experience. Event-specific policies may also apply.

11. PRODUCTS & DIGITAL CONTENT

Products and digital materials offered by The Weedium® are subject to availability. Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible; however, packaging, appearance, color, handmade details, and other characteristics may vary. Digital downloads, videos, ritual instructions, guides, classes, membership materials, recordings, and similar content are provided for personal use only unless expressly stated otherwise. Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all original content appearing through The Weedium® website, mobile app, products, social media, digital content, videos, graphics, photographs, audio, branding, logos, written materials, ritual materials, names, concepts, designs, and other creative material is owned by or licensed to The Weedium®. The Weedium® name, branding, original content, and related intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, exploited, or used commercially without prior written permission. Nothing contained within the Services grants users any ownership interest in The Weedium® intellectual property.

13. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Services:

For any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
To harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, or harm another person.
To upload malicious software or interfere with the operation or security of the website or app.
To collect or misuse another person's personal information.
To reproduce or commercially exploit The Weedium® content without authorization.
To impersonate Shannon Roc, The Weedium®, or anyone affiliated with the brand.
To misrepresent yourself as an authorized representative of The Weedium®.
To engage in fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, scams, or other deceptive activity.

The Weedium® reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse is suspected.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may contain links to or rely upon third-party platforms, including payment processors, booking providers, website and mobile app hosting companies, social media platforms, video providers, ticketing providers, shipping services, or other technology providers. The Weedium® does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content, policies, privacy practices, availability, or actions. Use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms established by those providers.

Payment-card information may be processed directly by third-party payment processors and may not be stored by The Weedium®.

If you voluntarily subscribe to promotional communications, The Weedium® may send information regarding events, content, services, products, announcements, or promotions. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained within those communications. Operational emails relating to purchases, appointments, accounts, or other transactions may still be sent when necessary.

18. COOKIES & ANALYTICS

The website and mobile app may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, analyze traffic, understand usage, maintain security, and improve the user experience. Third-party service providers, including Wix and analytics providers, may also use their own technologies in connection with the Services. You may be able to manage certain tracking preferences through your browser, device, or applicable privacy settings.

19. SHARING OF INFORMATION

Information may be shared with service providers assisting The Weedium® with business operations, including website hosting, app functionality, payment processing, scheduling, analytics, marketing, shipping, technology, and customer support. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of The Weedium®, its users, or others.

Personal information may also be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or transfer of business assets.

20. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The website and app are not intended for children under 13. The Weedium® does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If we become aware that such information has been collected improperly, reasonable steps may be taken to remove it.

21. DATA SECURITY

Reasonable measures are used to protect information submitted through the Services. However, no internet transmission, website, mobile application, database, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By using the Services, you acknowledge the inherent security risks associated with transmitting information electronically.

GENERAL LEGAL TERMS

22. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The website, mobile app, content, and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Weedium® does not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or available. The Weedium® does not warrant that any spiritual, psychic, tarot, ritual, paranormal, or other Service will produce a specific or desired result.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Weedium®, Shannon Roc, and their employees, representatives, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services. This includes, without limitation, damages relating to decisions made following psychic, spiritual, paranormal, ritual, tarot, or informational content. Where applicable law does not permit certain limitations of liability, liability will be limited to the maximum extent legally permitted.

24. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Weedium®, Shannon Roc, and their representatives, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another person's rights.

25. CHANGES TO SERVICES OR PRICES

Products, services, pricing, content, features, events, memberships, and availability may be changed or discontinued at any time. The Weedium® reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccurate information, or technical mistakes.

26. TERMINATION

The Weedium® may suspend or terminate access to the website, app, member areas, community features, or other Services where a user materially violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, threatening, abusive, unlawful, or harmful conduct.

27. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and your use of The Weedium® Services are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

28. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any booking policies, event rules, membership policies, checkout terms, releases, or other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing use of The Weedium® Services.
